Horrible experience at this company

I booked a car at OR Tambo International airport, upon arrival I presented my newly downgraded drivers downgraded drivers license with proof of PDP that expired in 2018 which by default should make one aware that I have more than 3 years driving experience but the their stuff could not process that logic and denied me a car at 22:00. This company should take their stuff to do a course to fami****ize themselves with everything that is associated with drivers licenses in South Africa or they are in the wrong business period. This was highly *********** to have someone working in this type of business without the basic understanding.
