Holding Deposit on Car Hire

It is 5 working days later (120 hours) and I am still waiting to get my holding deposit lifted and to reflect as a positive balance in my Credit Card Account, even though I was informed that this would happen in 72 hours. It has taken 2 x phone calls to Woodford Finance and nothing has changed.
