Holding Deposit NOT Released
Holding Deposit not released yet. I returned my vehicle to O.R.Tambo on the 22nd of December - after a number of e-mails, calls and complaints - Today the 13th of January the hold of my credit card of R4000 has still not been released. OR- 98839 - Reference number for my complaint... I have been send from pillar to post - trying to phone STD - who you bank with - to get a copy of the mail that was sent to them from Woodford to instruct FNB to release the hold of my credit card .. 3 Weeks AFTER the vehicle has been returned I still have a hold on the funds and nobody is able to assist -
