Holding deposit and early return refund 9 days and counting, lies,lies,lies

Rented car 31/01/18 to 05/02/18 16h30 because mine was in for repairs. Extended rental telephonically to 07/02 due my vehicle still not ready. On 06/02/18 workshop advises vehicle will be at least till Friday, so i extend till 09/02/18. Returned rental vehicle on 07/02/18 at 1030 am. Call Rakesh at Durban Downtown branch on 10/02/18 to enquire why "holding deposit was banked and R680 refund due early return was also not returned to credit card. Got the runaround and promised a callback. Called again on 12/02. Same story, promised R4680 will be repaid to CC by 14/02/18. C alled again on 16/02/18. Promised call back. Called back two hours later and was told again by Rakesh refund will be done within next half hour. Two hours later, called Customer" Care" and started rigmarole with Bridgette. After 3 phonecalls was assured i will receive receipt of refund by COB today. B have OC ed. Now it's 17h14 Friday 16/02/18 and still no refund or receipt. I wait...
