Hnadling fees

I have been using Woodford for many years and have usually been very happy with them. The rates are good, and the service is quick. My last experience was less good, as I was charged R1092 for a windscreen chip, more than half of this is the handling fee, and the windscreen was already chipped (marked with a ring), so they would have double handling fees on this vehicle!
