Hiring out a car with a worn tire

A Mercedes benz Vito was hired by myself from the PE airport Branch to bring my family up to my function in Limpopo. I discovered when the Vito was parked outside my place in GP that the tyre had been worn out so badly the wires were showing. Why would Woodford do such a think? They put my entire family in grave danger and it was the grace of God that protected them. Secondly when we true to change he the tyre we stifled finding the spanners and I also thought this was bad service as this pre trip inspection should have been done. If not, at least inform the client of where the spanners would be in case of emergency. This caused my family to be late to this important function and we suffered serious embarrassment.
