Highly disappointed

Very disappointed. First time i've hired from Woodford - first incident : when i received the rental the km's didn't match to stated on the contract (showed more than what i got it on) was a struggle to get this sorted after i had to speak to 4 different people and ended up asking for the manager) - luckily sorted after that. The main reason for this review : i was promised that my deposit be paid back within 48hours - it's been more than a week and still no deposit refund! this is highly unacceptable!! after a call - still nothing! i have never struggled with any other rental companies as i have with Woodford and will never use them again.
