I booked online. then, within an hour, I arrived to collect the car, but to my surprise, my booking reference number did not appear on the system. I was told it takes 3 hours to appear on the system, but the guys in Hartfield were helpful and made some calls; within 20 to 30 minutes, the reference number appeared. I got the car, did everything paperless, which is convenient,, and left thank you very much.
