Happy with service but there’s room for improvement.
The paperless check-in process is exceptional. Return sign-off goes very quickly-even when am running close to late for a flight, I still manage to get done in time.
Woodford have to work at retaining FICA documents for repeat customers so that one does not have to submit the same documents even for repeat hire spaced 2 weeks to a month apart. This will save a lot of time.
