Happy oversall, yet disappointed by the misleading (personal) MD's whatsapp

I was really happy with with rental and all. Had no complaints whatsoever. But what I find odd, is that the so called MD 'personally' whatsapped me to say that if I have any issues, I should message her. On the last day of my rental, I called the cpt airport branch who didn't answer 3 calls. So I messaged THE 'MD' which still hadn't rep**** 24 hours later. I don't believe that the whatsapp from her is actually personal, but rather an automated message and clearly means nothing. A little strange and disappointing
