Happy but not too happy
I'm rating it a 5* for the overall experience I got when I was collecting the car at Hatfield branch. Very professional staff. I forgot the name of the guy that helped but I was pleased. What I'm not happy about is how my refund was handled, 7 days later no refund, super annoying.
