Great with a couple of minor issues

Booking and paperwork were quick, personnel were friendly and the Toyota Urban Cruiser was a pleasant (free) upgrade from the booked Kia Picanto. Two relatuvely minor issues: the first being that the car did not quite have a full tank of fuel on collection (one bar short). This was resolved by taking the attendant with me to the nearby petrol station to fill the tank, delaying my departure from the airport. This issue possibly distracted the attendant from then completing the vehicle check sheet with me - which lead to a query when the vehicle was returned, once again delaying me.
