Great service with fender bender

We had great service throughout the rental. We had opted for full insurance cover and subsequently had a fender bender. The help line was great and guiding us what to do. I loved that you could connect to them via WhatsApp. When returning the vehicle we completed the incident report and the agents were extremely helpful and were happy that were safe despite the fender bender.
