Great Service, will definitely hire again (just one small negative)

I rented a Toyota Cross for a month collected at Springfield branch durban. The staff here are fantastic, friendly and the process was handled smoothly, Same for the return of the vehicle.

The team are thorough in their check for any vehicle damage as they are in the initial inspection, with a complete image doc emailed to you showing scratches, dents etc. I really like this!

The only reason I didn't give a 5 star rating was after paying online, I received no notification email or anything at all. it was only after physically going into a branch with my ID that I was told my booking was confirmed.
