Great service. Long turn around times for refunds.
The service is great and the team is friendly and helpful. The only complaint I have is that they take too long to release deposits. I am currently waiting for two deposits (one is from the 4th of July) that I haven't received yet. Also, if you wish to extend your booking, you are required to pay a deposit again, instead of them reallocating the one they are already holding to the new booking.
