Great Service - King Shaka
I have been using Woodford Car Hire for the past year. The service at the King Shaka branch has improved as my experience when i picked up my rental this month was exceptional. The consultant managed to overcome the system issues that he was facing and apologised for the delay as my online reservation rate did not match the branch rate when checking out. The branch Supervisor promised to escalate the invoice adjustment to the online / accounts team so that my invoice matches my reservation at R8152.00.
