Great Service. I needed to exchange the vehicle I had rented due to an issue but this process was very efficient. (Normally the vehicles are very new, but in this case I received a vehicle that was quite old with a fair bit of wear and tare evident, the brakes were not sounding good hence the need to exchange the vehicle) Thank you
