Great Service - Dinesh Singh

Hired a vehicle based off the spec that was seen on the website - when I collected the vehicle in the evening after my flight, it was unfortunately not available as promised. The kind staff members advised that while the required spec'd vehicle was not available at the moment they will ensure that they swop out the vehicle in the morning. I proceeded to escalate as per the Woodford King Shaka's management structure and came out to Dinesh Singh who is the Manager of the King Shaka Branch.

Dinesh took the time to read through my detailed messages and promised to resolve my issue as early as possible. He communicated frequently with me and made the effort to personally deliver a better vehicle than originally requested as well and assured me that all billing and administrative matters would be taken care of. Later in the afternoon, he checked up to make sure that I was happy with the vehicle and everything was to my satisfaction.

While service breakdowns happen, I can accept it if the company can recover and fix it's mistake within reason and to the customer's satisfaction. This is why I am happy and comfortable to give a 5-star rating in this instance..

Well done and thank you Dinesh - you have retained a customer and I will not think twice about using Woodford King Shaka in the future again...
