Great service but fleet of Toyota Cross cars are problematic.

The service picking up and returning was great. However, We learnt later when concerned about the deep growling noise and high revs that the Toyota Cross cars have a CVT gearbox that causes this and takes quite a lot of getting used to. Their response was: When we received the Toyota Cross fleet, we were unsure ourselves and it felt weird driving it, but you do get used to is over time." This should be highlighted upfront as it is quite disconcerting and uncomfortable.
