Great service apart from the surprise credit check on pickup

I was a bit sceptical since I had never rented with them before but their prices were so inviting. I tried them out and I was pleasantly surprised.

The booking process was quite straight forward and you get notified every step of the way, which is quite comforting. Upon returning the car, there were no hustles and I write here now, I dropped off the car yesterday and this morning my deposit was refunded.

I have but one complaint, when you pick up the car they then do a credit validation process which takes time. But that's not the issue I have about it. The question I ask myself is this: what would have happened if I didn't qualify from the credit check? I did not see any mention on this check anywhere.

They need to do this check upfront so that you know what fate awaits you.
