Great rates, friendly service and a fantastic car

With the exception of having to wait while my car was being washed AND the fact that branch (CAPE TOWN INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT) did NOT RELEASE the Authorization Hold my Credit Card account when I returned the vehicle (1 star deducted), the overall service was more than adequate. The rates were the best in the business and the rental vehicle which I received was fabulous. Returning the vehicle to the friendly staff was a breeze. Thank you for the bottle of chilled water which I received whilst waiting for my car to be washed.
