Great First Rental Experience

The service was amazing. My wife and I travel quite extensively and we are always renting vehicles. We both believe that Woodford has tailored the rental process in SA as it should be. Before you pick up the vehicle, one is aware of what he’s paying for, the deposit required and the what the extras would be, if any are to be added. We rented vehicles a lot with Avis and they have become complacent and make the whole vehicle rental process too complex. It is not meant to be so, we are not building investment portfolios here. So, overall, we are pleased with our first rental from Woodford, we hope that this trend will continue, if you drop the ball, we won’t hesitate to let you. Customer experience is extremely important and must never be taken for granted. With regards to your team at the Hilton Hotel in Sandton, they are great, friendly and knowledgeable.
