Great experience, great price

I had a great experience from start to finish. The website was intuitive and easy to use, though I did notice that I didn’t receive a confirmation email after making my reservation. I reached out to them a couple of days later, and they quickly sent me the confirmation.

When I picked up the car, the process was smooth, and the staff member who assisted me was thorough, noting every scratch and dent, no matter how small. This attention to detail reassured me that there wouldn't be any unfair charges at the end of the rental. Returning the car was also easy and hassle-free. I found the rental to be fairly priced, even lower than competitors, and the unlimited kilometers were a great bonus, allowing me to drive without worrying about exceeding a limit.
