Great Experience

The staff at Woodford Hatfield in Pretoria were very helpful and patient with me and my questions. They answered all my questions regarding the operation of the car, as I have not driven any of the new BMW cars with the new iDrive and menus, and I tend to be detailed in asking questions, as I do not want to misuse someone else's property. I have extended my rental for another 5 days, and I would have gone elsewhere if I had been unhappy. The car is also in good condition, and is great to drive. The in-person rental extension was quick and easy. Thank you.
