Great experience!
What a great experience I had at the King Shaka airport branch. Upon arrival, I was told my car was not ready yet and had to wait about 30min. Not too long after that, the guys called me and informed that they will give me another car. They apologised for keeping me waiting and gave me an upgrade at no extra cost. The deposit was also back in my account within 24hrs.
