Great Customer Service

I have rented from Woodford on several occasions and have yet to be disappointed. I had excellent customer service in CT with an easy vehicle pick up and friendly staff. Also, during our last rental in Durban I was allocated a vehicle in the same class as my preferred vehicle but unfortunately our luggage couldn’t fit. I informed the gentleman at the desk and he managed to source another vehicle in the same class that could accommodate our luggage. Thanks for listening to your customer and making a plan!
