Great Customer Service

For the first time, I received a car that was actually clean 😂👏🏽. The whole process was smooth as always, and I've never had any issues with the staff. The only thing I think they could improve on is the fuel policy when returning the car. I returned the car with about a quarter of a tank left but was charged for a full tank refill. I understand they're running a business, but I think it would be fairer to charge for the actual amount of fuel needed to refill the tank, plus an admin fee, rather than charging for a full tank. Other than that, the service was great! 😊
