Great Customer Service

Great customer service when I picked up my car, offering me a better deal and even though they didn't take AMEX they found a way to do it as it was my own card. I've been renting cars from CPT airport for 20 years and often the experience at pick up is slow and less then helpful, Woodford's really surprised me and I'll definitely be using them next year.
