Great but a frustrating return

The experience was really good and efficient. The car I was given was fantastic.

However, when I returned the car I was hit with a big unexpected cost for exceeding the Kms that was given to me. I was unaware that after ****m I would be charged R7,50 per Km and also unaware that I had chosen this option. I knew I had a long trip so would have liked confirmation when collecting the car that this option had been chosen so I could have the opportunity to change. The cost of the extra Km was more than the rental itself and made me frustrated as it was an avoidable cost if I had known.

Please ensure customers understand what option they have chosen.
