Good service, poor condition of car

The car was good and the service from the center always excellent, however the back of the bakkie was full of sand, the closing mechanism did not work properly on the canopy and the top door of the canopy had nothing to hold it up, so I had to use a broom- not very professional when delivering specialised textbooks to schools.
