Good service from Woodford Car Hire.

Hired a vehicle from Durban International Airport branch. Again had very good service from the guy at the check in counter. Only issue was the vehicle was not fully topped up on fuel, this was pointed out by me to the guy at the pick up area, a voucher was issued to full up. Vehicle that was hired was in excellent condition. On returning the vehicle the problem was with the releasing of the holding deposit. Samantha from the head office was the only person who helped me to sort this issue. A big Thank you Samantha. Overall experience at this branch over the years that I have hired vehicles has been a Positive experience, except for this time with a few issues that were eventually resolved. I would still recommend Woodford Car Hire for their competitive prices and excellent service.
