Good service, could do with some improvement

Great service and good cars. Check in system very slow and could do with improvement. A fast track for returning customers should be an option and perhaps they could register online to help speed things up. Our car had ***** brakes, but this was reported- could do with better checks on collection as bad brakes is a huge risk.
