Good service but still waiting for my deposit to be returned

I received good service from Cape Town International Airport branch, even though We Suspect the staff on duty were under the influence... My complaint though is the fact that the gent on duty told me he is waiting for the paper work then he will refund the deposit. I am still waiting..
