Good service, brilliant vehicle, slow collection.
The staff were friendly and helpful. The vehicle was lovely, brand new and sparkly clean. The collection of the vehicle left us waiting in the parking lot for quite some time. I suggest you change your process to hand me the key in the office and give me a parking lot number as other rental agencies do so that I do not have to wait for someone to bring the vehicle to me. This is the only improvement I would recommend. The return was quick and easy.
