Good car and decent service

The car was perfect for our needs, absolutely brand new. The pick up and return were fast. Once I called customer service and got someone on the phone, although they could not assist. Note that you need to present a credit card for the caution and the caution will be taken from your account. This is surprising as a european (normally an option on the card would be sufficient) and I think Woodford should clarify this better to clients ahead of time.
