Good and commendable service as always.

Woodford offers by far the best and most affordable rental rates of any other service provider I've used in the past. When I want to go home which is over 500kms, the unlimited kilometers comes in useful.

The only little concern I have is the counter service provided by some of the rental agents at the Hatfield Branch (it is considerably inferior to the other Woodford branches I have used).

Nonetheless, their turnaround time and attention when resolving some of the inevitable issues is rather calming, and they have managed to instill faith in me that they truly care about their customers' satisfaction. To this end, I would like to commend and applaud the service of one Tracy David, who I believe is based at their head office in Durban - she is always professional and helpful.

I would really recommend for anyone to try their service. I have tried them and I am happy to continue with their service.
