GAVE ME A CAR WITH EXPIRED LICENCE
they gave me a car with expired license disc, whats app their whats app number,only rep**** 14 hours later to tell me someone will contact me from the Durban airport office which never happened ,was stopped in roadblock thats how i found out. service is very bad. first message sent 9-9-2025 at 4.12pm, rep**** 10-9-25 at 7.21am, i rep**** 10-9-2025 at 7.37am then they rep**** 7.42am telling me they escalated it to the control room who will contact me, then i said im not happy, the person on the whats app number said it takes 48 hourd to address my concern,so in other words they gave me a car with expired disc and now i must sit around for 48 hours before they can asisst me ,hoe professional service is that? no one contacted me from the Durban airport to give me another car to use,.......
