We rented a vehicle with this company before and on both occasions had excellent service from the on-line booking stage, collecting the vehicle and after delivering the vehicle.

My only gripe was that before returning the vehicle I was meant to top up the fuel used. My rental period was 2 days and I drove 80km in a Toyota during that time. However, I spent R300 to fill up. The car was therefore not provided with a full tank of petrol irrespective of what the gauge indicated. I addressed it with the service personnel, but he was just apologetic.

This is a matter of principle and not the money. The contract we sign is clear that you provide the customer with a full tank of petrol and the customer top-up what was used.

I would like Woodford Car Hire Hatfield management to ensure that this does not happen to other customers in the future.
