From A to W. Thank you W 😀

After years of renting vehicles at A, I decided to go down the alphabet to (W)oodford. I placed the order online and must have pushed the wrong buttons, because initially it was only a quote and I should’ve accepted it 🤦🏻♂️. Nevertheless, and the reason for my 4 stars, is that I struggled to get hold of call centre and landline numbers. Eventually Wayne called me back when he saw my missed call on his phone. He got me sorted over the phone. A bit later, I got to their office at CPT Intl Airport. I had a warm greeting and I told them I spoke to Wayne. Wayne made his appearance and took over to complete the booking process. Within no time, I was out of their office and went over to pick up the car. There I met Reagan who was going to check the car with me. I then saw brand new cars (automatic ones of the car I was renting and Wayne did upgrade me initially) and jumped on the phone with Wayne who agreed that Reagan can release one of the new cars to me. Happy chappy indeed! On the return of the car, Uan met me and checked the car with me. Very friendly guy and we cracked a few jokes before returning the airport building. I will recommend these guys and maybe next time, I will change my rating to a 5! 😀
