Friendly while I was stressed

When I returned the vehicle, I noticed that my laptop bag was not in the car. I was stressed! Worried. Ruben (I think that is his name), waited patiently for me to phone around, and volunteered to keep the vehicle back until I phone him to let him know that I will not use the car anymore (to drive back to the venue to look for my laptop!). He gave me his cell number. In the end I got the laptop and phoned him from the plane. Thanks for being calm when I was stressed!
