Final reconciliation not received yet

I have used Woodford Car hire late in 2014 and never received the final reconciliation after I returned the vehicle. I am not even sure that my deposit was ever returned. I used the service again over the past long weekend and returned the vehicle on Tuesday morning. I still haven't received the final recon and the balance of my deposit has not been returned yet. I have been assured by the branch that I will receive my recon the next morning and that they had issues with the system last year (reason for never receiving the recon). I am not letting ths go again. When will I receive my recon and when can I expect to have the balance of my deposit repaid?
