Fed up, Furious & Frustrated

I am terribly frustrated and disappointed with the customer service at Woodford King Shaka and Springfield. I tried calling incessantly on Monday to inform you that I am extending my car hire days, but could not get hold of anyone after trying calling the entire day. Eventually a lady answered at Springfield but before I could complete the conversation, the call cut and she never bothered returning the call. I tried again on Tuesday morning and eventually Mr Sabelo answered but was so unprofessional and not listening to me properly. Not even an apology but demanding me to make payment over the phone. This angered me profusely and I asked him to email me a quote to compare, but was sent a rental agreement. The day I hired the car I was not given the online discount and when I asked the gentleman why, he said that I need to email reservations which I dis, but received no feedback from them either. Honestly, everytime I hire a car from Woodford something goes wrong, except for the Sandton and Umhlanga branches. I've been a customer for over 15 years but whenever I try to log in on the website, I'm told my email is not registered. Really Woodford, stop falsely advertising and start training your staff.
