King Shaka Woodford was very organised and efficient. Most importantly, the personnel are polite, eager to help and very friendly answering all concerns. I was grateful that I was upgraded to a Ford Territory which was a welcome surprise. I am a loyal member for a couple of years, as their prices are very competitive too. It is important to always check the car physically to double check the condition of the car for scratches and any potential defects. However, I found the Woodford report on the condition of the car to be spot on and honest which increased my trust in Woodford to hire with them again.
