False claim for fuel

I recently hired a vehicle from Woodford and had the most disappointing experience. Vehicle was hired in the morning and returned that evening after I drove 102 km according to their records. I returned the car with a full tank of fuel together with the receipt for fuel which was acknowledged by the person who received the vehicle. Despite this,I was subsequently charged a whopping R750.05 for fuel costs and a charge to re-fuel the vehicle. On querying the charges I was and still am getting the run around. I was essentially charged R693.50 for fuel for travelling 102 km!. What skulduggery this is!! i will never use this car hire company again or refer them to anyone!

Despite numerous calls and written Queries,I have still not received any response to my query,let alone any explanation.

I sincerely hope that this is not how they subsidise the lower car hire rate-by falsifying fuel claims!
