Hi Had a wonderful experience and enjoyed the ride.

The only one thing that didn't sit well with me is the service i got when the guy made me call my bank to confirm that if he debits my account the funds will go through even after i told him that I'm renting the car for the first time using by cheque card.

I was highly inconvenienced as i spent more than 2 hours and got the car very late but i noticed that my rental started at 07:00am which mince i was charged for that period.

Kovilan need to start servicing customers and do only that and not enjoy having chats as this is delaying other clients to get assisted on time.

overall the ride was perfect and reasonable on fuel.
