Extremely terrible service

I have written about Woodford Car Hire via the internet on the 29 November 2019 about their service and a third party claim with regards to one of their car's ramming onto my son's vehicle from behind. They advised me almost a week later that they will investigate and communicate with me. To date they have not contacted me or communicated with me. What kind of people are we dealing with here. Clearly these guys are a bunch of ******/********** after peoples hard earned money. I urge the people of South Africa not to do any business with them.
