Extra charges

Over the last ten years I have always had great service/experience with Woodford. HOWEVER my vehicle was returned around 48 minutes late and they charged me R521 for an extra day. I consider that petty after the long relationship and as a result that will be the last time I use them. Hope they are happy - its the principle of no communication on return of the vehicle or on invoicing.
