As someone who travels to Johannesburg and Cape Town regularly for business, I rent vehicles frequently and have historically stuck with established brands like Europcar and First Car Rental. However, after my experience today, Woodford Car Hire has officially become my top choice.

I booked a vehicle through Booking.com and collected it from the OR Tambo International Airport branch. I was assisted by a wonderful agent named Jezica Dry, and I cannot praise her enough. Admittedly, I can be a demanding and difficult client at times, but Jezica handled the entire process with the utmost professionalism, efficiency, and a genuinely warm, friendly attitude. She went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect, completely turning my day around and putting a massive smile on my face.
