EXceptional service experience

I rented a vehicle for the weekend on Friday from the Hatfield Branch. They didn't have the car i booked online but the consultant and the branch manager explained their challenges regarding the demand for cars. They offered available alternatives and found common grounds quicker. I was impressed by the overall proffessionalism and courtesy at the branch. I hope the online system can improve to not rent out cars that are not available at a specific branch at the time of confirmed pickup. The refund for the deposit was processed whilst i was in the branch which is something that i have not seen at any other car hire. Thank you very much for the exceptional service.
