I recently had an extraordinary experience with Woodford Car Rentals at Cape Town International Airport. On July 30th, I landed in Cape Town under urgent circumstances as my daughter-in-law had gone into premature labor. Time was of the essence, and I was anxious about the usual delays associated with car rentals.

To my immense relief, the team at Woodford Cape Town International Airport was already waiting for me when I arrived. The efficiency and professionalism displayed by the staff, particularly by Abrie van Rensburg, were nothing short of remarkable. Like a Formula 1 pit crew, they swiftly guided me through the paperwork, and to my astonishment, the car was already in the exit lane, hazards on and ready to go.

Thanks to their exceptional service, I made it to the hospital just in time for the birth of my first granddaughter, with only 10 minutes to spare. Given her premature birth, she was immediately taken to the NICU, and had I not been there on time, I would have missed the precious two minutes I got to spend with her before she was whisked away. I only saw her again 10 days later.

I am incredibly grateful to the Woodford Cape Town International Airport team for making this possible. Their efficiency and dedication allowed me a moment with my granddaughter that I would have otherwise missed. We all know how long those queues can be and how time-consuming the car rental process usually is, but Woodford's service was a game-changer.
